About me

I am Mattijs Messely, an analytical mind with a sharp eye for strategy and execution. My strength lies in combining theoretical frameworks with a hands-on mentality. Throughout my professional career, I have worked for organisations such as KU Leuven and the equal opportunities centre Unia.

During the 2025–2026 academic year, I am pursuing a postgraduate programme, Leading Change by Design, at the University of Antwerp. I aim to bring the insights I gain—on cooperative innovation, interdisciplinary collaboration, and designing with and for real users—to my future clients.
