My name is Mattijs Messely, and I am a consultant and trainer specialising in inclusive leadership and strategy.

What I do:

• Developing strategy and vision, and communicating them to staff

• Setting up learning and development programmes for managers of diverse teams

• Getting change processes back on track when people lose momentum

• Making the workplace and culture more inclusive, so you retain the right people

• Charting a course between legal compliance and truly inclusive employment practices

Over ten years’ experience as a policy adviser and (strategic) manager. I have worked with public authorities, the education sector and businesses. My experience includes strategy, change programmes, complex decision-making and programme management.

My approach is transparent and always bespoke. I start by analysing how your organisation works and identifying the levers for change. No one-size-fits-all package focused on a single target group.

An initial consultation costs nothing, apart from an hour of your time. We’ll assess where you are now, what’s holding you back and where you want to go. You’ll then receive a bespoke proposal.
