I design inclusion strategies that work.
Many inclusion plans are well written but change little. The content makes sense, but the plans do not land in culture, leadership and daily decisions. Just imagine for example vision documents that gather dust or awareness campaigns that set little in motion.
Policies must live. They have to be anchored in strategic decisions, supported by leadership and tangible in the culture.
I am Mattijs Messely, consultant and trainer. My added value lies in moving between strategy and project, between policy and action. I design policies that are feasible, and I guide the people who have to implement them.
My approach is both systemic and innovative. I do not work from standard solutions, but from the uniqueness of your organisation: its structure and processes, culture and leadership dynamics.
